Problem
This error can sometimes occur during the initial setup of Xray, and the Error message received should be like this:
f you encounter this issue, please follow these steps on your end:
- You need to go to: Jira Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps
- Unsubscribe from the plugin
- Uninstall Xray
- Install Xray again
- Validate behavior
If you are not able to Unsubscribe from the app, simply reach out to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/) and request their help for the uninstallation process, as these actions are managed by their team.
They usually reply fast to these requests.
