Migration Improvements

To simplify and ease the process of migrating from Xray Server/DC to Cloud, we implemented the following improvements:

Updated our services to use newer versions of migration listeners to reduce failure chances.
Improved project dependencies listing during Jira Cloud Migration Assistance to include all projects.
Included Xray mandatory tasks validation as part of our pre-flight check feature.
