Problem
The users from a specific Group/Role cannot sign a user to a Test Run. The only displayed options are:
- Unassigned
- Test Assignee
- Test Reporter
No users are displayed.
Solution
Verify if the group/Role has the following permissions:
- Global Permissions:
- Browse Users
- Project Level Permissions:
- Assign Issues
- Edit Issues
- OR
- [Xray] Override Assign Test Runs
