Problem

Can't see the button "Create Execute → With Sub-Test Execution" in option in a Requirement issue?

Solution

Note that the "Create new the Execute → With Sub-Test Execution button" is option is only displayed if Xray can create a Sub-Test Execution for the project the covered issues is on, i.e., the sub-issue type needs to be configured for that project and it should have no required fields apart from the default onesif this issue type is present on the Requirement Project.

Please do the following steps:

1. Go to your Project -> Project Settings -> Issue Types -> Actions - Edit Issue TypesImage Removed

2. Make sure that you have the issue type Sub Test Execution on the Issue Types for the Current Scheme, like on the following screenshot (if you don't have it, please add it).

3. Go to your Requirements and check if the button Create New Sub Test Execution is now displayed.

 The button is still not appearing? 

NOTE:

This button is not displayed if you don't have the issue type Sub-Test Execution associated with your project, or if you have configured some extra custom fields as Required.
If you follow the previous steps, the issue type sub-Test Execution is correctly associated, so you need to check if you have any extra custom field as Required.

To be able to check this please go to your Project -> Project Settings -> Fields -> Actions - Edit fields
