Review the Default Test Status


The default Test Status are: 


NameDescriptionFinal
PASSThe test run has passed
TODOThe test run has not started
EXECUTINGThe test run is currently being executed
FAILThe test run has failed


These statuses can not be deleted nor changed. 

, go to JIRA Administration > Manage Apps > Xray > Manage Test Statuses and press Create. 


Then fill out the configuration information:

  • Name: the name for the custom status.
  • Description: the description for the custom status
  • Is Final: if the custom status is final or not. Final statuses will appear in the TestRunStatus custom field. 
  • Color: the color for the new custom status.
  • Requirement Status: the requirement status to map this status when calculating requirement coverage.
These statuses can not be deleted nor changed.
