Add Xray Issue Types
Download Issue Type Icons Here
Navigate to “Issue Types” under “Project Settings”. Then, proceed by clicking on “+ Add Issue Type”.

Repeat the above step for each Xray Issue Type & add the corresponding icon.

Map Xray Issue Types
Navigate to “Xray Settings” under “Project Settings”. Then, proceed by clicking on “Issue Type Mapping”.

Add the Issue types that were created earlier, based on each option available and then press Save
Configure Requirements & Defects
Navigate to “Xray Settings” under “Project Settings”. Then, proceed by clicking on “Test Coverage” & "Defects Mapping".
