Problem

Error

com.xpandit.raven.requirement.RequirementStatusCount cannot be cast to com.xpandit.raven.requirement.RequirementStatusCount

Solution

  1. Navigate into the Jira administration menu -> Manage Addons -> Xray - Integrity Checker,
  2. Select the option "Clear Requirement Status Cache" and press clear.
