Create a Test Execution
Start by creating a Test Execution from a Test Plan from the context menu.
The main information is already copied to the Test Plan create menu
After the Test Execution is created, you can access to the issue and visualize it.
Execution of the Test
Now from the Test Execution, select "Execute"
Proceed with the test
Here we marked one of the steps as FAIL nd in result the Test is also marked as FAIL.
We are now inside of a Test Run and you can see the Status of the Test Steps (how it affects the Test Run) and the Status of the Test Run itself.
Test Execution Overview
When you look at the Test Execution, as expected it shows the result of the associated Test Runs and it appears as failed.
You might have notice that the Test Execution has moved in status to "Resolved" this is due to a configuration in the App.

Test Plan overview
Looking to the Test Plan, as expected it shows the result of the associated Test Execution and it appears as failed.
Evaluating Requirement Status
We can now see a change in the Requirement Status it has moved from NOTRUN to NOK
