Before getting started using Xray Exploratory App components, create an account to set up your workspace as an admin and invite your coworkers to start benefiting from the features of Xray Exploratory App as a cloud-based application. The following sections provide detailed instructions on how to create an account if you are a new user, and instructions on how to join your team's workspace if you are an existing user:

Creating an Account as a New User

  1. Go to https://exploratory.getxray.app/signup/enterprise/annual to create an Enterprise account

    Remember that the Free plan (https://exploratory.getxray.app/signup) is limited for an individual user and has cloud storage of 10 GB

  2. On the Create Your Account page, enter your email address and password, check the privacy policy checkbox if you agree with the terms and conditions, and click Create Account. If you already have an account, click Go back to the login page. 
  3. When creating an account you receive a passcode on your email, enter the passcode to complete the verification process.

  4. If you are a new user, fill out the information in the Tell Us a Little About Yourself window and click Continue. 

  5. After, you are redirected to the Payment Checkout Page to enter a Trial. If you want to continue to use Xray Exploratory App with all the paid features after the Trial finishes, you need to provide a credit card number later.
  6. Once your registration is complete, download the Xray Exploratory App Desktop Application (a download window is displayed right after you register). 

Joining a Workspace as an Existing User

Existing users receive an invitation to join a workspace via email. 

Click Accept Invitation to join the workspace. If you are not logged in, enter your email and password, and start collaborating with your team.
