Problem

When importing a Cucumber execution result in the Xray option (Import Execution Results):

Product Support Knowledge Base > [Xray Server] Import Cucumber execution results throws an error > image2023-4-4_11-6-51.png

The following error is thrown:

Product Support Knowledge Base > [Xray Server] Import Cucumber execution results throws an error > uploaderror.png

One common cause is related to the size of the result file and the Jira attachments limit size.

Please go to the Jira Administration\System and in the ADVANCED \ Attachments option,
Increase the total size limit of the attachments:

Product Support Knowledge Base > [Xray Server] Import Cucumber execution results throws an error > attachmentsize.png
