Problem: Are you trying to create Defects directly from a Test Run and getting the error below?

> “Error: The content resolver threw the following error:
> 
> Unable to retrieve addon module URL. Please check your specified module key.“


If this is the case, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Jira Settings  >> Manage Apps  >> go to Xray license details
2. Check if you have a token.
3. If yes, please remove it since it prevents the actual license from kicking in. Just click on the pencil button and remove the token.
4. If some **Update **button becomes available, just update the app to guarantee all new functionalities and Bug fixes.
