When restoring a Jira Cloud Backup, Xray data is not recovered after reinstalling the app.

**Steps to reproduce Data**

> Create a full backup of your Jira Site using **Jira → Settings → System → Backup Manager**.
>

> 
> Restore your data *within the same site* using **Jira → Settings → System → Import Jira Cloud**.
> 
> 1. → Import data
> 2. → Import media
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Reinstall all Marketplace apps, including Xray, [Xray Enterprise](https://www.getxray.app/xray-enterprise), and [Xporter](https://www.getxporter.app/).
> 
> **Result:** The user's Xray entities are no longer associated with Xray data (Test cases have no steps, executions have no Tests, etc.). All of this data was present before executing Step 2.
