## Problem

When navigating into Xray issue pages like <span style="color: #172b4d">test execution details and error 404 Page Not Found is displayed.</span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">And in the JIRA log file the following error message is written:</span>

org.springframework.beans.factory.UnsatisfiedDependencyException: Error creating bean with name 'com.xpandit.raven.webwork.TestRunAction': Unsatisfied dependency expressed through constructor
```


## Solution

Usually this is related to some resource conflicts with other Apps.

Some of these Apps that are known to cause this problem are: QMetry, Synapse and Test Management for Jira.

> ℹ️ 1. Disable the Apps (Xray and the others)
> ℹ️ 2. Enable only Xray
> ℹ️ 3. Check if the problem is gone
> ℹ️ 4. If so, enable the other Apps one by one until you find the culprit
