## Problem

When doing and import with Xray Test Case Importer and after the mapping, an external error - Error 500 appears.


**One possible cause** for this error is the missing right screens configuration.

If you go to your Project Settings → Screens and have something like this shown below:

Then you have missing Xray Screens.

In order to solve it, please follow the steps below:

## Solution

> ℹ️ 1. Click on Actions and Use a different scheme
> ℹ️ 2. > Macro (inline-media-image)
> ℹ️ 3. Then chose the Default issue Type Screen Scheme.
> ℹ️ 4. > Macro (inline-media-image)

Keep in mind that could be just one reason for this error. If this proccedure does not solve the problem, please contact us via our support portal.
