# Possible Causes

I delete "Start Date" and "End Date" custom fields, and now I can't use Xray Reports

# Step-by-step guide

1. Go to the *Jira Administration* option *Manage apps*
2. Scroll down to the *User Installed apps* and look for the Xray entry
3. Press the Disable button to disable Xray, wait until it finishes
4. Enable Xray by pressing the Enable button  
Do not worry; you will not lose information. However, we suggest you perform this operation in non-working hours.

**Note: **Before deleting Xray custom fields, please contact our Support for clarification.
