Before you start, make sure your Jira Admin has performed the basic configuration. If so: 

1. You can create issue types like Test, Test Set, Test Plan & Test Execution
2. In your requirements (issue type story or any other that you have set up as a requirement) you will see the "Test Coverage panel."

You can start by creating a Test from the "Create" issue button or from the "Test Coverage Panel" at your requirement issue.

Then you can group all your Tests with a Test Plan, and from there create a Test Execution. Finally, you are going to execute your Tests and report the results ( PASS, FAIL, EXECUTING).
