## Problem


When opening a Test or Test Execution Issue Details, the Test Run Section is not properly loading and shows as disable. 


This is only happening when a Test Run within this Issue has a Custom Test Status.

## Cause


This is happening due to the Test Status Description field being saved as a "null" value in the Database:

## How to check? 


Run the following query in your Database: 

> ℹ️ `SELECT * FROM "AO_8B1069_TEST_STATUS"`


## Workaround Solution


To bypass this problem follow the steps described below:


1. Navigate to <span style="color: #172b4d">Jira Administration >> Manage Apps >> Xray >> Test Statuses</span>
2. Locate the Custom Test Statuses
3. Edit the Custom Test Statuses and add something to the Description Field:
  
4. Once the edits are done, access or refresh the affected Issues.


The Tests / Test Runs Sections of the affected Issues should now load properly.
