Really sorry for this situation!

If you don’t see the **Testing Board** in the project navigation by default, like this:

![No-testingboard-20260115-090502.png](media://7da7aa7f-76a5-46ab-b2b8-67201d24672f)

Ask a **Jira Project Admin** (or Jira admin) to add it to the project navigation by clicking on the big **“+” (Add)** icon, selecting **Testing Board,** and adding it.

This will fix the **404 error **and load the Test run successfully when clicking on the** execute button**

If the issue still persists, there is a **workaround** to restore access to Test Runs until the fix is available.

You can still access the Test Runs using the **Testing Board**.

STEPS

**Step 1 - Go to the Testing Board in Xray.**

**Step 2 - Open the menu and select “Test Executions”**

On the Testing Board page, click the **three-line (hamburger) menu**, then select **Test Executions**.

**Step 3 - Open the Test Run from Test Executions**

From the **Test Execution** view, try to open the relevant execution, and you can access the **Test **from there, where you can execute a test.
