**Clue**: If this is happening, the logs should display the following:

“SQLServerException: The incoming request has too many parameters.

The server supports a maximum of 2100 parameters.”

Troubleshoot process:

To check the number of processes stuck the client should run the following query against the database:

**SELECT PROCESS_STATUS, COUNT(*)**

**FROM AO_2D3BEA_XPORTER_PROCESS**

**GROUP BY PROCESS_STATUS;**

Note: The table prefix ‘AO_2D3BEA_’ may vary in the client installation. The correct table name can be found by running:

**SELECT TABLE_NAME FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES**

**WHERE TABLE_NAME LIKE '%XPORTER_PROCESS%';**

Once the first query is successfully run, a table like the following should appear:

![image-20260119-170756.png](media://eed12048-da3f-46a1-a7a6-2f812a2c296a)

In the case above we can see 12.000+ exports stuck (9660 saving + 3346 processing)

Resolution: Running the following query directly in the database should delete these stuck exports:

**DELETE FROM AO_3C6513_XPORTER_PROCESS WHERE PROCESS_STATUS IN ('PROCESSING', 'SAVING');**

Jira restart is not necessary for this case.
