You have specified your Tests and organized them using Test Sets or the Test Repository. Now, you want to know how to address the planning phase of your testing properly.

You may start by creating a Test Plan, then create the Tests and add those Tests to the Test Plan.

Or you may know beforehand that you plan to have regression Tests and Security Tests (still before those Tests are even created), and you need to dynamically assign them to a Dynamic Test Plan as soon as the team creates them.
