Templates are documents in **DOCX** (Microsoft Word) or **XLSX** (Microsoft Excel) formats. In addition to the document content, you can define mappings that will be replaced with data from **Issue fields**, **custom fields**, and other sources, such as comments, work logs, attachments, and various other data types.
