# Introduction

The Test Sets List Report (Figure 1) shows a list of [Test Sets](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565163) and their attributes, along with an overview of the calculated status for the [Tests](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565156) that are part of the Test Set, for the selected version or [Test Plan](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565153), and/or [Test Environment](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565129).

The Test Sets List Report shows a list of Test Set Issues and their corresponding execution status, for some defined scope. The status is shown as a progress bar and is calculated based on the analysis & scope (i.e., on how you want to analyze the Tests).  This allows a transversal analysis of the Test Sets for a project in a particular version and environment.

The status of a Test Set (i.e., the status of the Tests belonging to a Test Set) is calculated based on the latest consolidated results obtained for the Tests (see how the status of a Test is calculated [here](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44566467)).

Possible usage scenarios:

- See what Test Sets exist for a project, based on some additional criteria.
- Quickly analyze how certain Tests belonging to some Test Sets are doing, for some version or/and some Test Environments.

## Configuring and Using the Report

If the Tests List Report has not been generated yet, you will see the screen depicted in Figure 3.

At the top of the report, you have some options that need to be configured:

- Analysis & Scope (Figure 3 - 1): [how to analyze the Issues](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565185).
- *Filters* (Figure 3 - 2): the source data for the report (e.g.: the Requirements or other covered Issues) and how to evaluate the status for each one of the items being shown.

> ℹ️ - You don't have to change any of the options shown in Figure 3. You can create the report using the options configured by default.
> ℹ️ - If you generate a report and then leave the configuration screen, the report will be lost, and you will need to reconfigure it from the beginning.
