<span style="color: #333333">The Test Runs List gadget (Figure 1) provides a way for you to see the status of all the Test Runs of a group of </span><span style="color: #333333">[Test Executions](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565117)</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>

<span style="color: #333333">This gadget enables you to see which </span><span style="color: #333333">[Tests](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565156)</span><span style="color: #333333"> were or are going to be executed, along with their corresponding results.</span>

<span style="color: #333333">Possible usage scenarios:</span>

- <span style="color: #333333">Seeing all the </span><span style="color: #333333">[Runs](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44565109)</span><span style="color: #333333"> of a given Test Execution.</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">Seeing all the Runs of all Test Executions associated with a Version.</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">Seeing all the Runs related to a particular component.</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">Seeing the executions performed by or assigned to a specific user or the currently logged-in user.</span>

# Operations

## Gadget Access

> On your Jira Cloud instance, click *Dashboards* (Figure 2 - 1) and select *Default Dashboards* (Figure 2 - 2).

> Once the dashboard opens, click *Edit* (Figure 2 - 3). A new screen will open (Figure 3). Click *Add gadget* (Figure 3 - 1).

> A side menu will open on the right (Figure 4). Search for the Test Runs List gadget or type it on the bar (Figure 4 - 1). Then, click *Add* (Figure 4 - 2).

## Configuring and Using the Gadget

> Select and filter Test Execution Issues with:
> 
> - *Project or Saved Filter *(Figure 5 - 1): a project or saved filter containing Test Execution Issues (mandatory field).
> - Test Filters:
>   - *Priority* (Figure 5 - 2):** **the** **priority of the Test Issues;
>   - *Component* (Figure 5 - 3):** **the** **component of the Test Issues.
>   - Status (Figure 5 - 4):** **the** **workflow status of the Test Issues.
>   - *Contains *(Figure 5 - 5)*:* match Test Issues by text.
> - Test Run Filters:
>   - *Assignee* (Figure 5 - 6):** **the** **Test Run assignee.
>   - *Executed* By (Figure 5 - 7):** **who executed the** **Test Run.
>   - Status (Figure 5 - 8):** **the** **Test Run status.
> - Date range (Figure 5 - 9): only Test Runs with start date and end date between the selected range will be considered.
> - *Number of results* (Figure 5 - 10): the number of results displayed per page.
> - *Columns to display* (Figure 5 - 11):** **which columns should be displayed from the Test Issue, Test Execution Issue, or Test Run entity.
> - *Auto-generate gadget name *(Figure 5 - 12)*:*** **whether the name of the gadget should be generated based on the parameters you defined.
