# Introduction
There are two separate Xray apps:
- **[Xray Test Management for Jira](https://www.getxray.app/test-management?utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=gg_search_bofu_xray_brand_europe&utm_term=xray%20test%20management&hsa_acc=9970092548&hsa_cam=21151579322&hsa_grp=179131227587&hsa_ad=742407804447&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_src=g&hsa_mt=e&hsa_kw=xray%20test%20management&hsa_tgt=kwd-488738308063&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21151579322&gbraid=0AAAAACfrmty9ifZJ63zdRhjHC_tZnaHSM&gclid=CjwKCAjwkvbEBhApEiwAKUz6-5KVPUyEmAuIEJQMsiGYxe8xcN5GC1hHLA9kXxSF6S9V_zAIxpvU9BoCbBAQAvD_BwE)**: the core Test management solution for smaller teams.
- **[Xray Enterprise](https://www.getxray.app/xray-enterprise)**: a separate app for large-scale enterprises with cutting-edge testing features.
> ℹ️ Users who have been utilizing gadgets with both applications installed (Xray + Xray Enterprise) prior to release 6.9.0 will need to remove, reinstall, and reconfigure their gadgets, as they will become unavailable after uninstalling one of the apps. The same applies to users who move from Enterprise to Standard/Advanced or vice versa. In these cases, the existing [gadget](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/44566250) configurations will no longer be valid and must be set up again to ensure proper functionality.

# Apps Installation
## [Xray Test Management for Jira](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211769/xray-test-management-for-jira)

> On your Jira Cloud instance, click the *Apps* button on Jira’s left bar (Figure 1 - 1) and select *Explore more apps *(Figure 1 - 2).

> A screen will open (Figure 1) for you to search for apps from the [Atlassian Marketplace](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/). Use the search bar (Figure 1 - 3) to look for Xray, and the result will appear (Figure 1 - 4). Click it.

> The Xray screen will open. There, click on the *Try it free* button (Figure 2 - 1).

> In the next page, select the site where you want to install Xray (in case your account is associated with multiple instances) (Figure 3 - 1). Then click on *Review *(Figure 3 - 2).

> Wait for a few seconds while Xray is added to your Jira Cloud instance (Figure 5 - 1).

> Then you will see a success message (Figure 6 - 1): the installation is concluded, and Xray is now added to your Jira Cloud instance.

> On your Jira Cloud instance, click the *Apps* button on Jira’s left side menu (Figure 1 - 1) and select *Explore more apps *(Figure 1 - 1).

> The Marketplace screen will open (Figure 1). On the search bar (Figure 1 - 2), type “xray enterprise” and press Enter. Click the Xray Enterprise square (Figure 1 - 3).

> The Xray Enterprise app screen will open (Figure 2). Click *Try it free* (Figure 2 - 1).

> The Xray Enterprise app installation setup screen will open (Figure 3).

> Select the instance where you want to have the Xray Enterprise app installed (Figure 3 - 1) and then click *Review* to proceed (Figure 3 - 2).

> The Review and install screen will open (Figure 4). Here, confirm the Permissions (Figure 4 - 1) and Data management (Figure 4 - 2) information.

> Click *Start free trial* (Figure 4 - 3) to confirm and proceed with the Xray Enterprise app installation.

> Wait for a few seconds while the Xray Enterprise app is added to your Jira Cloud instance (Figure 5 - 1).

> Then you will see a success message (Figure 6 - 1): the installation is concluded, and the Xray Enterprise app is now added to your Jira Cloud instance.

## Xray for AGC
Xray has successfully met all technical, security, and operational requirements to be approved and listed as **compatible with ****[Atlassian Government Cloud (AGC)](https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/framework/agc/)** on the [Atlassian Government Cloud marketplace](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/collections/atlassian-government-cloud).
This approval confirms [Xray’s compliance with Atlassian’s](https://getxraydocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XRAYCLOUD/pages/533823499) standards for platform stability, security, and operational reliability.
To install Xray for AGC, follow these steps:

> Access the [Atlassian Government Cloud marketplace](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/collections/atlassian-government-cloud) and search for Xray.

> Click the *Contact us* button (Figure 7 - 2). You will be redirected to [this page](https://www.atlassian.com/government/contact).
