In-App Support
In this release we are bringing to you an expedited way to reach our Support Team via Service Desk from Xray application. Some of the support request types (Problem Report, Technical Question, and Migration Technical Support) require that the user specifies some mandatory fields such as the Support Entitlement Number (SEN). When using In-App Support, you are taken to the correct Xray Product Support pages, with the Support Entitlement Number (SEN) from your company already filled in.
