[Xray Cloud] Jira Cloud Custom Domains

Problem

In July 2025, Atlassian introduced the ability to customize domains for Jira and Confluence Cloud. Custom domains allow organizations to use their own domain names to host Atlassian products. For example, instead of acme.atlassian.net, they can use go.jira.acme.com. More details on Custom domains for Jira and Confluence

However, Xray Cloud does not currently support custom domains. This limitation exists because Xray currently only accepts traffic from Atlassian's atlassian.net domain.

To stay updated on when custom domain support will be available for Xray Cloud, please visit k(XRAYCLOUD-7540. As a user, I can access Xray with custom domains from Atlassian)  and click the Watch button. Additionally, you can click Vote to express your interest in this feature.
