1. Follow this link to create an integration. 
2. Now that you added the Xray Extender to the Structure, you can use this Automation options to add your testsFor instance, you can Insert Tests by a JQL:
   
3. And on this automation option, you can also perform actions to the organization you already have: group by some custom field, filter issues, etc. On the other hand, you can also change to Double Grid option, filter the issues you want to work with, and drag and drop to your Structure.
