What happens when Projects are archived?
...
The effects on Jira and Xray will be the same as archiving issues.
Namely, if If Test or Test Executions are found, Xray will archive their Test Runs. This can be a long running task depending on the amount of Xray internal data to handle.
Currently, Jira provides no way of knowing the progress of a project archival blablablablabla TODO
Impact on Xray Issue Links 1
Archiving issues do not archive the associations between Xray issues: for instance an active Test issue is still associated with an archived Test Set issue.
However, due to the fact that archived issues are no longer present on JQL search results, the Issue Data Table sections will no longer be able to display the archived issues.
A warning message will be displayed informing that some associated issues are hidden.
