What is SEN?
SEN stands for Support Entitlement Number that identifies the product A SEN identifies the product you are talking and helps us know what support you need and if it's still available.
A valid SEN is always needed, for support purposes about our products.
Where is Xray Server SEN?
Go to Jira Administration → Manage apps → Manage apps and If you are using on the Server, you are able to find this by going to Jira Administration → Add-ons → Manage-Addons and click over the product:

Go to Settings → Apps → Manage apps and click over the product:
Where is Xporter Cloud SEN?
Go to Settings → Apps → the Cloud, you need to go to Settings → Apps → Manage apps and click over the product:XRAY:
Where is XEA (Xray Exploratory App) Cloud EN?
- If you are subscribing a Free account, you can find your EN under your profile (Go to your avatar and click My Profile):
- If you are subscribing a paid account, you can find your EN in the About Workspace (click the gear icon in the top-right corner) of the Shared Workspace of that account:
