On your Jira Cloud instance, click the Settings/gear icon button (Figure 1 - 1), and then select Apps (Figure 1 - 2).

A menu will open on the left side of the screen. Scroll down to Xray (Figure 1 - 3) and click Storage (Figure 1 - 4).

The Storage screen will open (Figure 2).

Here, you can:

• Click the Refresh Storage Usage button (Figure 2 - 4) to update your attachments' storage usage information. 
• Click the Need more space? What you need to know (Figure 2 - 1) button to open a panel with information about the Storage limitations (a Cloud account is limited to 50 GB capacity; Xray Enterprise has a 3 TB limit, unlimited storage both applied only to Xray attachments).
• Click the Discover Enterprise Now button (Figure 2 - 2) and/or the Explore Enterprise Now button (Figure 2 - 9) to learn more about Xray Enterprise.
• View the list of projects, and their respective attachements' information (Figure 2 - 7).
• Use the search bar (Figure 2 - 6) to find attachments, and sort them by project, size, file format, and date of modification (Figure 2 - 8).
• Click the Actions button (Figure 2 - 13) to:
  • Open entity (Figure 2 - 11).
  • Delete the attachment (Figure 2 - 12).
