Possible Causes
I delete "Start Date" and "End Date" custom fields, and now I can't use Xray Reports
Step-by-step guide
- Go to the Jira Administration option Manage apps
- Scroll down to the User Installed apps and look for the Xray entry
- Press the Disable button to disable Xray, wait until it finishes
- Enable Xray by pressing the Enable button
Do not worry; you will not lose information. However, we suggest you perform this operation in non-working hours.
Note: Before deleting Xray custom fields, please contact our Support for clarification.
