[Xray Cloud] Why can't I see the Test Details after Cloning a Test case?

When a user never sees the Test Details of a test case, which he/she or someone else cloned, it is because that Test case section is defined as Hidden when cloning the Test. If you select the section buttons on top of the issue, you'll be able to see the copied details.
