Problem

When importing Test Cases, it returns the error "It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown" for a custom field.

Solution

  1. Go to the Project Settings \ Screens
  2. Edit the Test issue type screen scheme
  3. Add the custom field of the error message to the create screen of the Test issue.
